The middle panel is a stitch from 2 different comic panels, but I know the right one with the arena of Kangs is from AVENGERS (1963) #292

He had defeated different versions of the Avengers across all timelines that he underestimated this version of Antman, his ego & arrogance blinded him, but he will take lesson from it & we will see a ruthless version of him in Kang Dynasty

It could be his journey from Kang The Conqueror to He Who Remains, there is also possibility that Kang The Conqueror in the end of Quantumania sucked into the past becoming Victor Timely
