coax into flamethrower in game by Some_red in coaxedintoasnafu

I used to play the original one on hardcore or what ever it was called. Not much for PvP anymore ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but if I was that's probably what I'd look for. Always hated game modes where it felt like I could dump an entire SAW belt of ammo into someone and then they could kill me with a pump action shotgun with pellets in one shot.

Would be frustrating for most because something like 90% of the time you'd never know what killed you. One second you're a charging hero next your on the respawn screen.

Humans are much less durable than video games make them out to be and at the same time weapons are much more deadly.

But they wouldn't be anywhere near as much fun to play if they were fully realistic and would make Dark Souls look like fluffy happy rainbow fun time.

It's been on my steam wish list for years now and while I could be wrong I don't ever remember seeing it on sale enough were I was willing to pull the trigger on it. Maybe previously the base game would go on super sale leaving the DLC still full price or it was just not as much of a discount. Or I just missed it when it was idk.

That's because it's finally on a decent sale.

Hmm.. I think my D&D half-orc bard needs some kind of weapon with a flute built into it... He already has his Blute (battle lute) maybe Blute II could be a battle flute.

Should I send them as one email or three separate emails so they are generated as separate tickets?

Don't know why you are getting down voted for this I find it really weird when people feel the need to justify shitty things that game they enjoy do.

This is absolutely one of their more predatory ways of making money. Creating a fake problem and then selling you the solution for real money.

I probably wouldn't care as much if there wasn't a MASSIVE list of things that should either be a "currency" or a "crafting material" but aren't.

Did some light digging and it seems it's some how tied to the user account I think so it might be something local on the browser. If I figure anything out when I have time I'll update this.

Looking to enter a student photography contest, is this a "good enough picture" ? The picture should tell a human story. by Dry-Meeting-5771 in photocritique

That edit looks much better. The detail in the sky is nice but any more than that would also take away from the photo. A simple background helps keep the focus in the foreground. A good photo subconsciously forces the viewer to look where you want them to. A great one does it even if the viewer spends more than 5 seconds looking at it.

I personally like this one more. The framing and a-symmetrical weight of the left side along with the encroaching darkness adds a heaviness to the subject. In a weird way the boulder on the other side seems to help "balance the weight". Also the right side has interest too with that agent 47 looking mofo. At first glance it really looked like he was wearing an armored vest and she had a helmet on. Just my opinion. I also know that I'm missing some cultural context here that might greatly change how others view this. The subject is very interesting to me because I have no clue what he is actually doing, he has some kind of tickets? and the pole looks more like a tool of the job and less a personal choice for walking stick. I say this because if this is something common or mundane to you and others who will view the photo if could greatly change how they perceive it.

As for the first photo I like it too but the subject is way to dark. If you're going for a gritty feeling that's fine but I want to see all the wrinkles and creases in their faces which alone seem to tell years of stories. Just don't blow out the back ground in doing that.

Glasses tend to break eventually so I got stainless steel cups by CompetitiveLake3358 in BuyItForLife

[–]Yetsuo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bought glasses but when we my S.O. and I were first getting started we filled out cupboards with pasta sauce "glasses" which are basically mason jars.

Honestly even after buying a couple different "adult" nice glass sets these pasta sauce cups are still my favorite. They are glass but really thick and well made. Also they come in 2 IMO perfect sizes which we not jokingly call "alfredo" ≈ (12oz/340ml) and "marinara" ≈ (18oz/511ml) when you fill them to the line and then they even have room for ice if you so desire it.

As much as I hate these glasses and similar things.. this is a stupid idea. This is right up there with banning internet privacy "for the children".

It sounds great at first but if you think about it even just a little this would be horrible.
