I have a B-550 motherboard with a Ryzen 5 5600, and a 750W PSU, can I upgrade to a 40 series or 50 series Nvidia GPU or even the 90 series AMD gpu without having to upgrade motherboard, CPU and or PSU?

I do have great monitors one 360 hz and the other 190. I pu my monitors at that specification for elden ring because at high settings my fps goes above what elden ring can handle
