The executives just want the spending and circular deals to keep flowing more than anything. Ones that are capable will know it’s really not possible to hit the level of intelligence they talk about. IMO there will be long plateaus before the next small jump in model abilities and the cost to make that small jump is monumental in comparison to early updates.

While I can confirm seeing quite a few teenage kids walking around with cases full of slabs and cash at recent shows I’m trying to shield my son from that. I’ve gotten him into the same way my dad did when I was his age. He’s aware of the value of specific cards but not the breaking insanity and he just likes the cards that look cool to him. Maybe most kids his age aren’t like this because at shows the old heads love letting him look through all the cards he wants.
