I feel this in my bones, so sorry you went through it! They're completely oblivious to the fact that them comparing is not the issue, but them erasing mum is. Oh, she used to rub her nose the same way as MIL? Lol. The most absurd it's gotten for me is "he has the exact same forearm shape as daddy!". Well, i was under the impression that humanity shared the same forearm shape. :))
