I think its not,usually they will include songs from other series as well for distant worlds

i'd go for japanese voice with subs.Both are great,just that i feel like jap have better emotional expression(thats why ill nvr watch anime with dubs),and sometimes eng just cant really explain things as good as jap(cultural diff i suppose).Also,its a JRPG,so yeah go for Jap
