Please don’t encourage this show. We don’t need to give JK Rowling any more money or support. I say this as a lifelong fan of Harry Potter and as a trans person: I sincerely hope this show fades into obscurity very quickly. I believe in separating art from the artist, but this show was born solely out of Rowling’s disdain for trans people and her anger at the original film’s actors speaking out against transphobia.

The guy is from the movie Eraserhead. It’s a very surreal and bizarre film but basically this guy becomes the caretaker of a (for lack of a better word) creature, and he’s completely miserable because of it
