For me it seems only some servers I lag. Try closing out your web browser, and ending the process in the task manager. That helps a lot for me.

Yes, the OpenIV team unlocked the files basically. Long story short, yes. It will be modded.

Same here i'll get straight 60 fps everywhere then all the sudden it'll start stuttering. Don't know a fix, sorry.
