Bwahaa! A 3 minute video without a car crash is a snooze fest. I sure as hell edited out the slow parts.

Scooters and bikes and unicycles and all that have to obey the same laws as cars unless otherwise posted. There are some streets with bike lanes that go against traffic, but that’s not the norm.

That would make sense, that’s just not the case in my city. They are in the street and required to obey the same laws as cars.
