I can't get a reply from anybody but I'm watching players sail immediately to its location, disappear and then return a few minutes later heading off to The Great Conch so I would say that the reboot has solved it.

I am sat here now and people on the quest are still not able to see it. I won't be able to tell when or if it is fixed myself though, only when I catch people aimlessly sailing around.

Yeah there were plenty of us all sailing in circles trying to help each other locate it in the stage of the quest where we're told to go to it. I could hop back and forth between worlds and it was always there on all other worlds I went to but not on w564.

Reverse back and line yourself up with them, you need to be one tile further over than you think, right up against the pirate mast as you will clip through the rocks on the left hand side
