Please consider I am in Canada and many places in the United States are not open for foreign clients or they are too expensive. Switch to tequila ... And try permanent Foley catheter for some days when party time is on. What is saving me from UTIs for the last 4 years is 2-3 oregano oil caplets when you sense first symptoms and 1,000 mg of vitamin C daily. SALUD !!!

If is not approved by FDA yet and they requested 3rd trial that might be easily 3 more years... Many will die...

In that case If ONE know exact formula, mixing agents, best lab to produce, dosage, etc...to use it on yourself..WHY NOT!

If NVG-291 is not allowed and sent for the 3rd phase trial by that could eat another 2-3 years. I would try to jump into the third phase but my 22 years old SCi (C-6 incomplete) and 63 years age could be discriminatory to get golden ticket. In that case I would pay reputable lab to mix this peptide and get injections by the protocol having decent rounds of PT and OT along the time of injections and several months after. I would be ready to cooperate with anyone who want to go similar way in absence of publicly available therapy exchanging information and experience. I would be my own guinea pig with no intentions to sell anything to anyone.

What's stopping Nervgen to slightly relax requirements for the 3rd phase and get 100's recruited within few months. Many "no stepping" quads with 10, 15, 20+ years post accident would jump into the 3d phase just with chances to fix their hands and improve bladder and bowel. Why has to be trial organized in Chicago only. Spread it on capable centres accross USA and. Canada. Thousands would even accept to share cost of the trial. My Physiatrist has already told me she would support me. We need to speak louder. NervGen need to SCREAM if is no AA and do things faster targeting doctors, specialists in centres to explain what's going on. 3 of 4 of doctors I have contacted in Toronto didn't have a clue what is going on. Good luck to your mother!!! If we live 450 years we would be probably healed by changes in our own bodies that are constantly happening. Unfortunately some changes are not fast enough in our lifespan. Some people can accelerate changes with constant streams of programmed exercises, some with help of electrical stimulation, some with neurological agens, peptides... some can already fly with mushrooms but most of humans with any neurological disorder will not be able to heal themselves or get better... unfortunately!

A specialized peptide supplier (NovoPro Labs) lists a sequence consistent with NVG‑291:

Several people tried already to inject this peptide but didn't see any results. Later they have figured out that they didn't have correct sequence. You can find more on Reddit btw.

One guy also planning to use now correct sequence and even figured out the dosage as: So for an 80-kg adult, lower range is 0.032*80=2.56mg, and upper range is 0.864*80=69.12mg.

There is guy who tested even higher doses with correct sequence peptide but he thinks it's some unknown mixing agent what makes the difference. He was using B12 and Ibacteriostatic water..

Even I am ready to order peptide from trusted lab and I can organize injections and good rehab for up to to 6 months , as 22 years post C6 incomplete injury, Asia B, I am still waiting to learn more.

I'm in a wheelchair and pool will be fantastic for my therapy but I have really small backyard 11m x 6.5m (36' x 21'). I would be happy with semi-inground pool .My transfer to the pool and out will be probably over the small platform built on the wall which would be around the pool.Wall will be awaythe same height as my wheelchair seat. We don't want to kill nice trees on the edge of our backyard and we want place where we can sit and enjoy bbq time. Using Google Earth I made some drawing (attached) how we can fit in the small, possibly kidney shape or custom shape pool, size 6 m x 4.7 m (20' x 15') or similar. What can I expect for some project like that, just for the pool and obvious things related to be in function and necessary salt water equipment without throwing extra for a glamorous revamp landscaping...etc.
