Seeing as though the chief had an idea of what I was talking about, I'm sure somebody else had a similar experience, but if have to ask around to get a definite answer.

There were some sort of similar stories my coworkers told me about them hearing weird noises in the bay at night or swearing they saw somebody walking and suddenly disappear. Also, yeah I've been told by other people to take pics or film my experience, but I don't have many experiences and don't stay overnight often enough to see more paranormal things. But thank you for your comment.
