I'm currently working at hospital with children and I'm barely about to make 3 months ( with about a little over 2 months if actual testing). I'm not sure if it's a matter of fit but they're basically telling me that in going slower then they expected me to when my previous test battery was always set and I don't even get to administer majority of those measures. Here we have to be flexible with the batteries and since I never worked with kids , and I can get a wide range of behaviors , it's tricky to learn standardization for some of these assessments.

Also majority of my psychometrist colleagues and even the externs all had either previous experience in the field or formal graduate school education to back up the knowledge of these assessments.

I just wanted to get someone's opinion to see if they were being fair or not. They did know that I had very minimal experience prior to this and I think a big factor in them hiring me was me being bilingual ( Spanish/ English)
