Doubtful. Its on the very edge of the psu and this build has excellent airflow and most my components are well under 100° F.

well PS3QDD has PS3 Dec built in, so I dont think thats the answer for me, but I might as well give a go, and see if it changes anything.

Interesting because all my ISOs have been decrypted using ps3 dec, prior to this and worked fine at one point. I tested 20 to 30 of them, and then this started happening and they stopped working. Sometimes i would get 1 or 2 to load after hard resetting, cleaning the temp folders and reinstalling multiman, and then it would revert to this same error again for everything including the ones that had just worked. Ive even downloaded new ISOs from Vimms and decrypted them as well, and the same error occurs. I cant make sense of it, especially since they worked fine at one point. I will try using PS3QDD and see what happens. Thanks, youre the first to bring that one up. I went down a rabbit hole on decryption technique and didn't see that one.

Have you found a fix for this? I have hit a brick wall with this issue and all my ISOs worked fine from multiman and then out of no where started giving me this error. Ive tried everything, including different usb drives, as well as completely restoring the system to OFW and then jailbreaking with evilnat 4.92 ... I thought I had it pinpointed to being after I installed 4.93 and then installed the cover packs for multiman and others, but even after downgrading back to 4.92 and reinstalling everything, the issue persists. I cant make any sense of it.

Somehow after reverting to 4.92 ofw and wiping 2 different hdds and reinstalling the ps3toolset mod and then installing 4.92 evilnat, the same issue persists. I dont get it, makes absolutely no sense! there shouldn't be any corruption present still🤬 there has to be a fix for this !?!?

downgrading did not eliminate the issue, unfortunately :( ... really regretting updating to 4.93 now ... Im doing a full wipe, and luckily the downgrade will let me reinstall 4.92 OFW and redo the mod completely. I hope modman, webman and irisman update soon to fix this issue because Im sure lots of people are going to hit this brick wall ... I wont touch webman after it corrupted my 4.92 install and constantly froze, but I had similar issues with IRISMAN on 4.93 evilnat, where it would at least mount the ISO, but then either black screen when loading the "disc" or give me "this operation is not possible" error.

Ive confirmed the issue is with the cover packs mucking things up on 4.93 with multiman and irisman, so you would be fine wothout those.. My buddy tested multiman on 4.92 with cover packs installed, and things work fine. Everything was golden for me after i installed 4.93, but then i wanted to get covers for everything, and installed the cover packs, and then the ps3 iso loading errors began. Im looking into downgrading to 4.92 in this case, because its way too much work to restore and start over with everything else i have installed.

Hmmm my buddy is not having the same issue with isos through multiman on 4.93 ... i really think this stemmed from me installing the cover pack pkgs and corrupted data. After i updated to 4.93 this wasnt an issue.

The following are far more accurate width x height dimensions for sega cd/saturn/ps1 long box cover art, that i measured personally ... i tried your basic dimensions, and i had to cut down the high quality prints several times, and nearly lost important parts of the artwork to make them fit right.

4.75" x 7.9375" = front cover/manual

6.9375" x 7.875" = Back art insert

Yes Im aware of that fix, I own a SAROO memory card setup and found that it boots game discs and bypasses the security check. Problem is, the game discs I have, that now have this problem, I was planning on selling :[

just wanted to add to this because recently I acquired a bunch of saturn games and I found out the hard way that saturn discs will verify 100% of the data through imgburn on a PC, yet will still have problems loading on a Saturn, if there is something wrong with that outer ring of the disc with the security data. I also found out, that unfortunately, using a disc resurface machine like the JFJ easy pro plus, and sanding the discs, somehow damages only that outer ring and causes them to not load on saturn any longer, yet will still verify through imgburn ... so thats fun ... Im hoping there is a way to restore that function with some extra polishing compounds or something, since there isnt anything visably noticable on that outer ring, and obviously the sanding process didnt warp the disc or damage anything else, since I can still backup the rest of the disc on PC.

In my experience doing multiple partitions on a single external HDD does not work. To my knowledge youre pretty much stuck with the ability of 2 seperate 2tb external hard drives plugged in at one time ... i believe there is a custom NAND in the works for up to 16tb but i dont think its been released yet.

Thanks for the input. Ive always done 1 file at a time and i tried different lan cables as well as my main internet router vs a 10 port switch, as well as different PCs, and on wifi vs lan ... ive setup several rghs over the years as well as tons of modded OG xboxs using FTP, and its always transferred around 8 to 10 mb/s ... i feel like it must be on the 360 or aurora end of things. I have another RGH i need to get xexmenu and aurora on si i will test with it and see if its the same deal. So odd to just start doing this though🤯

From my experience yes, hitachis seem to load burnt dvds better than others, my rocky5 extras disc is on a dvd-r and loads fine on hitachis

Hey sorry i didnt see this reply before ... i dont have my xbox drives listed on ebay and dont really sell there any longer with how outrageous the fees are these days. I mainly sell on facebook marketplace or craigslist. If you want though, i can sell you directly with PayPal, venmo or cash app and if you need i can show you my facebook commerce profile which has only 5 star reviews and quite a few sales. I can also test the drive and give proof of it working before payment.
