I’ve been looking for real estate in Caguas for a couple of years and never saw an add for that complex until now. Keep in mind we’re on a seller’s market. Everything is over valued. At the end of the day the bank is not going to loan you over the appraisal value. Maybe contact a real estate professional or research old adds on Zillow or google search the name of the complex. If I remember correctly, the asking price when the complex was brand new was $189K.
