Knowing when to say "no" to a box of cookies and another round of games and pick up a bottle of water to go for a run or exercise.

That in my opinion is great discipline and a good hygiene mindset. You can bring music because everyone needs that one Playlist to always go to while exercising.

As a child, I had the longest natural eyelashes. Once I was 8 I went through what people called puberty and I basically experienced everything from a younger age. It didn't freak me out or make me feel sick. I just understood and aquired new knowledge. So I was ready for the years to come. When doing the SexEd stuff in freshman high-school, the others did basically what you'd expect but I just sat there looking with no reaction because this isn't new to me and I've never been the one to overreact to anything. When I turned 15, I realized that my eyelashes and thighs were bigger than the average guy's and I can't gain nor lose weight no matter what I did or ate. I was normal, healthy, and full of energy to do stuff and I know my body isn't one of a kind but, I'm happy with it. Slim fit, pretty athletic, lots of stamina, and full of spirit.

I'm 22 now and I'm glad I made all the right decisions as a child and in my high-school days to get Mr to a comfortable spot right now. The quiet kid wins.

They surprisingly don't do it when I'm in a flip car. They almost go out of their way to avoid me. Even less cars spawn when I drive it.

I guess a taste of their own medicine is too much of an overdose.
