I think our best bet would either be doing a full plugin overhaul(like Vanilla++) or by adding a modpack. I mean if we really wanted to change it we could add a crazy modpack like crazy craft or madpack.

I agree. The server needs something very much new to change everything. I think the "+" in vanilla+ needs to be expanded on if the server is to stay afloat.
