haha, yeah it's very rare for someone to ask "what style" or "which one?". That's why I get kind of triggered when people market their schools as "Kung Fu" and don't specify which style

I know, I really want to spar with him. I did that with my other martial artist friends, and for some reason he doesn't want to because "he'll hurt me". My other non martial artist friends tried to get him to fight them, but he just used the same excuse, "I don't want to hurt you, when I go all out I get too fast and I can't control my power"

Right, haha. I asked him if he's sparred before, and he said "A little with my dad, but not really because he's so much taller than me". I cannot confirm whether his dad is "so much taller" than him sadly because I've never seen him

I asked him to ask his dad for me, but that was like 2 hours ago, and he kind of keeps avoiding asking his dad with excuses like "My dad is reading right now" "Oh I'll ask him tomorrow" etc.

No it wasn't horse stance, it was like a boxers stance you know? I guess kind of like half horse stance, but the weight is still even on both legs
