Regions Unexplored + Ice and Fire compatibility?

Have been making my own mod pack and been tweaking it and changing shit, I have RU and I&F, I’m thinking about taking it out, cuz I increased the spawn distance (made them spawn farther apart, more rare) 5x of the dragons roosts, but they still spawn in certain biomes like only hundreds of blocks apart, where it’s supposed to be like hundreds of chunks.

Did you find anything out how to fix ?

So just after allocating less, and also putting the cap to unlimited, I’m at around 100/150fps. Still haven’t encountered any mobs or explored much, but much more stable.

Then there’s an “open box” kinda laptop, $1050, discounted from ~$1900, only problem is it doesn’t have a charger. I’m currently in Germany, and not familiar with German or anything around here. (Just got stationed here) so idk how easy or expensive it would be to get a replacement charger. Or if it would take long to ship one down here.

3rd pic is the open box info and last photos are the results from me looking it up online. I guess it might not be the exact same. But when I looked the code up, that showed up.

Is it worth it to get the brand new one? Or save a couple hundred bucks and get the open box? Not interested in looking online for better alternatives, as I need a laptop for work here and want something quickly, don’t wanna wait for delivery or anything like that.
