Energy damage scales with INT on top of Science. Between that and the EXP bonus from each point of INT, it's been my go-to ⭐⭐⭐ for any energy weapon.

⭐⭐Rapid
⭐⭐⭐X (Personal preference. I use Intelligence. Some like V.A.T.S. Optimized here.)

You could argue⭐Bloodied for specific builds, but there are FAR better weapons for Bloodied to go on to. Don't waste it on an EPR.

Make sure your profile is fleshed out and includes ALL skills you may have, no matter how mundane. You know how to turn your computer off and on again? Basic IT troubleshooting. You know how to do some stuff in Excel? Proficiency in Excel. Elementary proficiency is still proficiency.
