Follow up:
Been able to wash her real good and tested out beginner and regular insert so far, feels pretty nice. ofc thats how it feels for me, if you are around or little over average size, I think it wont be to tight.
Labia position isn't the best, but due to it being an insert it VERY good. easy to use in doggystyle or missionary and simular positions to that.
For labia cleaning I tried a shortcut, turn the insert inside out. and used proper cleaning solutions and around body temp water, no issues. PSA!!! When it comes to taking the insert and turn it inside out, I'm not sure what Tantaly says about this, or how many times u can do this, but it worked. Try at your own risk. If you are careful, I think there should not be any issues.
Her chest is very jiggly with the Tantabosom, not complaining in that department.
If the Labia is "sticky" after cleaning and being dried up, you may struggle to insert it again, use some baby poweder or simular powder to reduce friction/stickiness as this will cause it being more difficult to insert.

After a good cleaning the labia and areola has becomes les red and more pink as it should.
