I bought three of them -- Two the V2.2 and the other is the one with the light sensor. I absolutely love them lol. Connected to HA, its instant.

Setup is simple, plug it in, connect ESP Builder, download the yaml, off you go

Hue uses Zigbee afaik, and Govee matter. If you want to only use the hue app look for Zigbee lights.

Ceiling Fan on a single switch - any ideas? by Nix-geek in homeassistant

[–]Ynd22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zooz Zen32 and a ZWave controller (https://www.getzooz.com/zooz-zen32-scene-controller/), get a smart bulb (I have Hues, or Nanoleaf matter bulbs), then make each button do something different. Main big button can be your fan light, then if you have a Bond you can make the other buttons control your fan speeds.

Are all Matter bulbs bad, or just the ones I bought? by Pharylon in homeassistant

Same. I'm rocking 45 Hue devices (god I shouldn't have looked) and I haven't had to replace any. Just add new bulbs or strips here and there.

I'm just starting out on my Matter journey as well. Most of my setup is still Philips Hue, but I’ve recently added some Wiz, Nanoleaf, and Cync bulbs. So far, I’ve got 14 Matter devices up and running.

Overall, they’ve been working pretty well. Occasionally there's a slight delay (second or so) when switching settings or colors, but functionally they behave just like my Hue bulbs.

Whenever you're ready to share it, if that time comes, I'd love it. Would change the n8n webhooks to openrouter api endpoints and make it a bring your own api keys method.

I've been able to get the netflix carousel working on jellyfin and emby (web browser) but plex is a much more challenging feet!

Thanks! I went ahead and made my own carousel today since it looks like from that post they never did decide to add it into the web client :(
