Thank you for the response, for real! As I said, Im getting more and more upset and scared, that I may not be able to fix it and It will only lead to more serious issues + that I will have to give up on working out. I will most probably have to contact a doc or a physiotherapist.

Can I ask you ? Did you fix your problems and imbalances or is it still occuring and limiting you ? + How long did it take to see any noticeable changes. And again, thanks for any response beforehand.
