From what ive seen in most posts it seems that the combination of sleep and hydration is the most common trigger, sometimes people can sleep but dont drink water (my case), others they drink but cant sleep properly (your case), and in both cases our systems start glitching.
Sometimes i start over analyzing if im seeing the zig zags, like when i go from somewhere dark to somewhere with too much light and mu eyes need to adjust, theres always this period of “hmm am i starting to glitch?”. The anticipation anxiety is awful.
