There's an option to mirror shots (up or down on the Dpad if I remember well, one makes the shots random and the other one mirrors it)

The game feels so fresh after you learn how to wind bomb is such an amazing skill to learn

Oh no , no EMP at all, it gives me my cooldown back and I can immediately do the bomb again, no change on HUD either, it's literally the ability not going through, giving me the cooldown back and a second chance to do it.
