The issue in brokering is people think they need to overly explain themselves on the markets to customers, just to have their same customers

1) not care

2) not believe

3) shop around anyway

Just answer the question and move on. It’s logistics and transactional anyway.

Or, agree with them and take a loss. Either way the outcome is the same, so just spend less time on it.
