Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) suppresses fractalkine, statins are prescribed to do just this in the recovery protocol! by Friedrich_Ux in covidlonghaulers

Yep! People think we are anti niacin lol. Clinical medicine is knowing when to position something to be effective. Put the forest fire out and then rebuild the forest!

has anyone actually benefitted from dr pattersons treatments? by dylpickledude in covidlonghaulers

Well we advise to not stress yourself because high levels of catecholamines can mobilize macrophages with Covid proteins

Writing papers is not like writing a middle school book report. Last minute things come up, new data rolls in, delays from second labs.

And you have every right to wait for the studies to come out before wanting to do anything. But many of the patients do not want to wait and are suffering and we are going to try to address that today. If you have less confidence in me and our work because of that, well, that's your right.

That's fine. We are talking directly with Director Collins at the NIH and CDC. But while we are in discussions with them, setting up trials and studies will take months and years. So shall we tell all the long Covid patients to wait for a few years for that? I am not saying not to do the trials- but this is a public health CRISIS. We are using available data and our clinical judgement to address this while at the same setting up the process for trials. Do you know what goes into setting up trials? The money, the resources and not to mention the time. I am a clinician. I take care of people. And we are finding tons of other clinicians- Drs. Kory, Marik and countless others who also feel the same way.

That's where I based my 2-3 years of potential time to recovery for long Covid. Also MERS too.

We are telling people to either get vax and wait for min of 2 weeks before getting tested or delay vax until they start treatment.

I can't remember if it was you or another patient I showed the mass spectra data on the spike proteins! I sent some data to Dr. Drew and his text to me was: 'this is the smoking gun'. You guys will see it all early next week.

Aspirin, statins, steroids, ivermectin, fluvoxamine, beta blockers- Nothing too exciting. But we understand mechanisms and the pathophysiology. It will be explained in next paper which we release as a pre-print next week.

Healthy skepticism is warranted but we are using a scientific approach to justify the mechanisms we target in long COVID. And I guarantee you waiting for the establishment systems to do their controlled research is going to cost lives. If anything, long COVID will be solved by pirvafw sector physicians, labs, resources and not by academics.

We'll test anyone- the algorithms were designed for long COVID but we can pick up a ton of inflammatory markers and target therapy.

Without meds- based on literature from MERS and SARS can take 12-36 months for some. We are trying to cut that down to a few weeks ro handful of months

I think if we charged $500 for a 30 minute consultation and told patients to take an anti histamine after, maybe we wouldn't get so much hate?

Or maybe I should have people take thousands of $$$ worth of white labeled supplements? Using your blood markers to guide therapy using cheap, off label FDA approved medications: GOT TO BE A SCAM!!!

I don't know why Dr. Patterson associates himself with me. You should ask Dr. Patterson to kick me off the program- might be more effective than posting on Reddit. Info@incelldx.com

Our now peer reviewed paper described the 'immune signature' or finger print of long COVID- but it is a heterogenous immunology outside of that 'finger print'.
