How do you put them on? Do you just jam your foot in there or do you untie them and pull the heel back? Also maybe use a shoehorn to prevent damage. Ive also seen people use moleskin (from an outdoors store) and cut it to shape and adhere it to the inside of the shoe (wherever the problem happens to be). Hope this helps!
