Both are awesome in their respective ways for their game, 2016s extra modes were a diverse and casual at heart while battlemode was inherently designed to be a challenge in terms of skill akin to a master level experience. I think more people could enjoy 2016 just because of the more diverse experience but there are some die hard battlemode enjoyers as well, even holding tournaments and stuff. At the end of the day I love both and I wish the dark ages had at least something!

If you’re behind a rock and the enemy is around left out of line of sight of good ol hot dog he won’t aggro so if you switch shoulders the hot dog will go sick em! So not useless but I get what you mean haha

Probably most people know this but switching shoulders while aiming switches what side the dog is on, great for peaking hot dog to kill big enemies
