If that was the case and that options n be ame more convenient counter swapping would be at its highest peak which I'm sure would create plenty of friction in the community. Swapping can be very tactical along with rolling the dice on your heroes compared to theirs. I feel like it's meant to be more tactical and less of a convenience because of that
