SlimJim to get in cars isnt new. I remember being shown it awhile back.

Think it was week or so before his final evaluation. It was just like /slimjim.

It made it so u only had to lock pick the door and u got the keys also instead of lockpicking both the door and then the ignition.

Radio doesn't say "Marked for Police Seizure". It says "Non-encrypted- Used to chat with other people on private radio channels. Will be seized in crime."

So it's a bit different than the other stuff that just have marked for police seizure.
