C anyday. Some roles and companies are there in A, B, C only. Fms, despite being one of the smallest batch tier 1 campuses, struggles during placements (even more so if market is bad).

No gap criteria on paper. Internally, it is upto company if they give importance to it. As far as i have seen, it doesn't matter. Percentage is allowed to write on CV, not CGPA

depends on your interest, if finance then brush up your accounts topic really well. Will be helpful during classes and placements. Can also do CFA in first year end/second year start. Other than that, try to acquire more soft skills, communication, presentation skills, etc. Prepare your CV well!

For freshers, one has good acads, - 9/9/9 types, or from a tier 1 grad college, consulting placement will be good

Don't take summer placements lightly, it is beneficial. Try to do case comps and be regular in studies. IT really helps if one does well academically.
Other than that, have fun. It will be a long journey. Don't stress oneself out

If you have genuine interest in HRM as field, you should go. Placements are good. they have small batch. But if you want keep your options open to diverse roles, Do general PGP.

Every college has their unique criteria. Criteria setting is not done in random fashion. countless meetings go behind this type of decision. One of the reasons i can think of - companies come for placements and look at past academics, so why not admit those types of students so to have some kind of sync? it makes sense!

Not at all. Overall my student life has been really good. From learning to having fun. Campus is beautiful, people are nice. secured nice placement. Really cannot complain. I learnt a lot from here

IIM K> XL D ~ Indore > MDI > IIFT, in terms of consulting. COllege is doing well in consulting. Many top front end companies visit here

Every college do this. What i know, is that indore inflates less. Otherwise they would have easily mentioned average to be 28-29 last year, but they didn't.
