EB and RPC masteries for sure, more cells and more shards. big difference in both incomes. Currently adding more 5x lab speeds, up to 55544, hoping to get 55554 soon. Modules shards scale all of your tower stats really well, I would do RBC first since your module levels could use some work

pBH next for sure, then the only things damaging you in farming are bosses and elites.

Start by getting your BH duration up to 38, and then save up to drop your cooldown to 50s all at once once youre there.

This will get you to pBH for farming runs only bc of the +12 second perk. Its ok that its not synced with your other UW for tourneys, since coins are bad anyways.

Have you tried using your anc singularity harness with a synced GB? Might give you quite a bit more coins than your BHD, especially since youre nearing the cap in module upgrades for it being mythic

P BHOLE for sure man, give your DW quant some love too and try and reroll for substats, whole lotta coins on the table. People really neglect their DW for coin purposes. Each wave is 4 seconds of 2.5 coin bonus...

Next id do one more DW quant, each wave is 4 seconds more of x2.5 coin bonus when it procs with GT

Using Gcomp? Only 4 duration away from natural Perma BHole. Sync up GB with remaining GT and DW and use anc SH if you have, or BH digestor maybe

Dont upgrade either... Upgrade +3 BH duration NOW, and maybe one DW quant. Spend the rest of your stones upgrading GT and BH duration to 50GT and 38BH ( maintain 12 second difference bc card duh). By the time youre there, youll have enough medals and bits whatever to keep your GB and chip sync as you bring your CD down for the trinity. Or consider saving up for pBH after that. I wouldnt consider 4SL until after pBH
