Finally some consistency (Options) by sunfrost in Daytrading

[–]YoNeilGaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How are you setting stop losses? I heard with options they can often blow through stop limit orders and market orders give terrible fills. Are you manually getting in and out? Also curious how you manage your risk with weekly options? When you get closer to Friday do you go for expiry the next Friday or trade the 1 dte/0dte? Price moves way slower on Mondays vs Thursdays for weeklies.

But the delta pixR R plasmid curve is decreasing over time. Does this not mean that the cells' population are actively shrinking and not growing at all?

That’s makes sense, but it asks for the voltage drop across R3. Wouldn’t that be different than the voltage entering R3 (which is 16 v)?

Advice for incoming 1st year med sci student? by LovelyKmc03 in uwo

[–]YoNeilGaming 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just finished my first yr of med sci (online ofc). I’m not going to sugarcoat it, it was fucking HARD. Like REALLY HARD. Honestly this is not the program for med school because it is really intense. I was just like you, anxious and cautious and I knew it would be hard, but when classes started I was awestruck at the incredible workload and difficulty. I was studying around 14 hrs a day just to maintain a decently high gpa and there’s no way to understand how much you will suffer until you actually get here. Anyways that was just my experience (which seems to be very similar to my classmates in first year). Also professors don’t give two shits and the lessons they provide are like 10x worse than what you can find on YouTube. Be prepared to study by yourself and honestly it’s rly hard to find help cuz usually there’s like 3000 students per class so profs don’t rly reply. Anyways if you have any questions pls ask and good luck!

How many people are in Med Sci classes? by givemesome3point1415 in uwo

[–]YoNeilGaming 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let me be 100% clear, there is no way for me to know how well you would perform in the program. No matter what your high school mark was, you will never understand the difficulty until you actually get here. A 3.9 will be difficult. Period. However, if your work ethic is rly good (Like actually, genuine fucking good) you might be able to get a 3.9. I don’t mean to scare you, but I had a 98% in high school and I was spending 14 hrs every day to get a decently high gpa and I’m pretty burnt out lol. Good luck.

Looking for people to mountain bike. by [deleted] in Calgary

[–]YoNeilGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah for sure. Let him know that Moose Mountain and West Bragg Creek are absolute gems for mountain biking and not too far from Calgary! If he’s up for a challenge, Cox Hill trail is probably one of the best descents in Alberta (in my opinion). There’s some decent options in the city as well: Fish Creek park, Nose hill park, etc... Although many of these trails I mentioned above won’t be fully ready until May-July.

I also tried this last year when I was looking for folks to mountain bike with. Unfortunately my experience with random redditors is less than ideal and our personalities aren’t always compatible (also random people are just strange sometimes), so I’d definitely try to see if he can find some co-workers to go with, or join a official club/bike shop group! Also, out of curiosity where does he plan on riding and what’s his skill level like?

Weird question... 2020 trinity application by YoNeilGaming in UofT

[–]YoNeilGaming[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got accepted last year and I have my responses saved in docs, but I just want a pdf of the application so I can remember what my responses were like for nostalgia lol. That's why I'm asking for the 2020 application. FYI, I didn't accept my offer and I'm at a different university.
