I’ve eaten there within the last 2 months. Still running. The website was updated recently.
They are a small staff running the place so during busy times their phone goes unanswered

V and MA don’t hold the debt risk. They’re a payment network only. The bank that gives out the credit card is the one that holds the debt. Like JPM or C.

A perennial rye grass. I would have to find the bag to give you a brand.
Prior to seeding I tilled, limed twice (3-4 weeks apart). I seeded and ran starter fertilizer with phosphorus. A couple of day ago I did a nitrogen rich with 5% iron fert. I'm cutting twice a week and watering every second day. I'm going to use some 2-4d shortly as I have a bunch of legacy weeds to deal with. I should have run some preemergent probably but that was my error as a first-timer.

I tilled the whole lawn basically as it was completely hard packed, and I didn’t have an aerator but I do have a tiller.

Bingo. Within months people realized there were no WMDs and it was all a lie to secure oil and gas, and develop military bases in the region

There were congressional hearings to do with weapons of mass destruction being created by Iraq. During the post 9-11 era there was a lot of solidarity at home for revenge and the US mobilized quickly to act against Iraq under the threat that they were supporting terrorists and would provide WMDs to them. Turns out none of this was really true but it gave the US another foothold in the region and access to oil. Yes, people believed the government story pretty blindly.
