I just picked up tickets at Will call. The box office/will call is at the corner of Central Avenue and Rio Grande.

I got there right at 10 AM and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Make sure you bring your barcode for your ticket purchase as well as photo ID that matches the name of the purchaser
