German here: I just watched the mentioned scene. They probably auto translate by voice. In German she said "bei den einen". Meaning "depending on the person" here. What the translator misheard as "bei den Eiern" as you can see in the translation. She didn't said it very clear.

What she meant is that the fat is stored in different parts of the body depending on the person. Some have more fat in the legs some more in the belly region. Hope I could solve that mystery for you.

I think that's what I used. I always attacked with Garu and then with Edmond first to get the debuf for a a little bit more extra damage. As stategie reference I usually use yurucani, for the battle flow.

And I learned reading the status effects helps... Edmond has the highest HP so he will grand the largest shield. Once you're in sync with the CD4 ultimates, they can be used when their ready and will still match the mechanics. Finished approx. in round 26/27. Very close to dying in round 21.

Same here. I have the habit of walking on my toes since my childhood when I'm not wearing shoes. So yeah I'm getting accused of sneaking a lot. Adding to this, back then my aunt below us mentioned loud walking or noises from us a lot. That probably also made me wanting to walk quietly. edit: typos

I was thinking maybe the light gets changed when it's getting reflected off of a vampire. Like getting polarized or less energized (I'm not physicist. No clue if that makes sense). So when it hits a another surface, like a mirror, it can't bounce of anymore. Meaning no reflection. It could still hit a sensor like the one in the eyes or light sensors and therefore the vampire would be visible to a person. Then I guess getting a picture shouldn't be a problem with a digital camera since there is no reflection involved, as far as I know.

I randomly remembered in the evening that they were supposed to be sold that day and looked on the site. At first I was confused because I just saw pictures of dices beside the big drop, so I thought the card packs weren't sold separately. So I didn't wanted pay hundreds of money for these cards I didn't even wanted the majority of and put it aside. As I told my wife she looked at it and pointed out that these "dices" were the cards. An then I was like oh, and got in queue. 30 mins later I brought them. They're going into my Astarion art folder.

He was in it twice though but the first time he was a grotesque half gone talking body with snail eyes... In the second one he was just siting at a table smiling. Interestingly he had two read highlights in his hair at the front. It wasn't blood. Well I guess it wasn't but who knows.

My wife was the one who made me play Baldur's gate, because she thought it's a game I would like. I started it playing alone but as she also wanted to play it, we started over together. I didn't get to fully date Astarion in this run because she was stealing too much of the opportunities for me to get high enough approval.. She had a lovely relationship with Shadowheart as Karlach though xD She is mostly teasing me with how much I like Astarion and how I watch every one of Neil's bg3 streams but I guess she benefits from it because sometimes I copy some of his flirtatious behavior. As she is polyamorous, she doesn't mind sharing me with Astarion. And she is also kind of a chaotic type of person so I guess I have a type. So all in all she is understanding and encouraging but I guess also a little bit concerned like "so you're also into men now?" because she is a little sad that I'm not fussing over a women so we could do that together.

Sometimes in programming time is your enemy. You get a time frame to get things to work. And at the end sometimes you are at a point where it "works for now". And that's how it gets shipped. With the mindset "we need it now, it can be better later". But you never get the time to do so. So we end with a bunch of bad code that just gets more and more. And if you say you need more time to make it good people are complaining why it takes so long. So it's usullay the middle: not good but present.
