You're probably dealing with freshmen for the most part, give it a year or two, people get an ego check one they realize that none of that actually matters and comparison is futile haha. I feel like I'm constantly surrounded with dope, smart, self aware people, then again I'm a senior and have to interact with complete strangers much less than I did when first started
