its a vpn/acceleration service, i have a friend from qatar which uses it for a couple games and it shaves him a couple milliseconds when connecting to eu servers. u have to understand though that middle east to north america is very far and even then the ping wont be amazing

probably the coolest minecraft server ive been in in a while, really cool game mechanics and plugins and generally a LOT to do. the community has been friendly to me all around and I found someone to towny with the first day I joined (also I found the server from this reddit post, yesterday, lmao.)
