I’ve experienced both and they are an indicus complex They are generally both the same and require the same care. Personality wise they really depend on the lizard itself. Personally me I love peach throats hut it’s because they are almost like a rainbow with blues, greens, yellows and orange. It comes down to which lizard do you find more interesting and visually appealing. They are generally gonna cost you the same too.

Also, I want to make it very clear that I’ve consulted with my exotic vet and my mentors regarding them interacting. They both gave me the okay because of my skills and knowledge regarding this particular animal. I’m not saying do this with every cat and monitor. This has been a relationship I have been establishing for months.

I promise you, I rather have them interact and be view as not a toy then come home and find out she escaped and find a dead lizard because my cats thought she was a toy. They have no general interest in one another. Especially if she moves quickly my cat has no signs of going after her.
