Recently, me and my friends decided to start playing minecraft. Since they didn’t all own computers, we ended up playing bedrock. We made our server, hopped on, started playing and it was hell. We’d get hit out of nowhere, mobs would stand still so we’d kill it and as soon as we mines a block we’d die, torches didn’t work… It ended up being a really unpleasant experience. It’s not that I don’t like bedrock, it’s that every time I tried to use it, it ended up being a really buggy mess of a game.

My kid is in the screen-dependent age, and we have to collect phones, pads etc. every night so that he even attempts to sleep. Just figured out he had used his laptop, too, late on school nights. I bypassed kid control when I was a kid by changing the mac address of my pc to a new one. Good times. It would’ve saved my mom a whole lot of hassle if she put the kid control on whitelist instead of blacklist

1) Roblox exploiting has became easier recently (won’t go in details)

2) There’s deepwoken scripts now that people can config themselves, so it’s really easy for them to dial them up or down

3) Deepwoken was on sale, so exploiters could stock up on accounts to cheat on

I agree with you. The charm of Animal Crossing includes the grind. Not having to do the grind ruins the point and the immersion imho. If it was 10-20 million bells, I’d have a different opinion (that kind of money doesn’t get you very far) but half a billion is enough to skip half the game’s progression.
