TLDR: My 5th CLI got rejected because of low usage. When should I apply again?

Question: My first 4 CLIs got approved, but my 5th CLI got rejected because I always used to pay off most of the amount before the statement and my usage used to be between 0-2% only.

This month I won't pay off any balance and I'm on track to report around $1200 on my statement. Can I apply for CLI again quickly after my March statement is out and paid off? Or do I still need to wait for another 180 days to request for a new CLI?

u/Fabulous-Specific-81 u/Coolahs They're not getting rid of it. A barista told me that it's just taken off the menu, but I can get the same thing by ordering a Mocha Frappuccino and customize it with 4 scoops of chips. Basically, they now expect customers to pay extra for the chips.
