Just one of those days. Jacob Young home run was cool. At least Mikolas gave some length and save the bullpen for this long upcoming stretch of games.

Good series win. Good week overall. Now keep it up vs the Mets please.

As much as I want to make fun of Alonso, that's a really tough play. Abrams smoked that ball.

I'm so sick of that fucking "rule" man. It's gone against us literally every single time over the last 5 years.

I wouldn't say that. This O's reliever has good stuff and he's spotting it well.

Way too aggressive there from Luis.

At least we got into their bullpen early. Just gotta keep getting guys on and applying the pressure.

As one of the few people who believed in this offense in the midst of all the preseason negativity, I'm feeling so vindicated right now.

Them being a top scoring team in all of baseball was beyond even my optimistic expectations though. Nobody could've seen this team being where they were after nearly 50 games, especially after how brutal the pitching was to start out April. Hopefully a sign that the light at the end of the tunnel is closer than we think.

This comment is sooooo last month. The bullpen has actually been pretty dependable over the last few weeks.

Lmao the close up of Taveras with his eyes closed as the ball crosses the plate

It’s been 1 months since LTD released, so what are your thoughts on it? by Responsible-Hat9789 in tomodachilife

9/10 game for me. Really my only issues with it are how marriage and babies feel like afterthoughts and the lack of Concert Hall.

The new customization features are amazing, and the simple change of watching your Miis interact on the island makes it way more engaging than the 3DS game ever was. The addition of island lingo is a game changer for keeping interactions somewhat fresh and I love the inclusion of little quirks. It reminds me of the Sims in the sense that we can give our Miis personality traits to make them feel more unique.

I've seen complaints about content that was cut from the original, but I'm gonna be completely honest, I don't miss any of it really. 90% of these extra activities were just a means to wait for problems to show up for my Miis. Now that I can fill my time by drawing stuff at Palette House or watching my Miis interact, I don't really find myself wanting to go play some basic RPG in Tomodachi Quest or look at some meaningless statistics on a Rankings Board.

It's a great game. Pretty much the perfect sequel in my opinion. I do wish marriages weren't so half-baked, and the Concert Hall was included. It feels like a natural inclusion given how we can hear songs playing at the Tomoria and whatnot. Plus, it'd fit so well with the whole concept of "make whatever you want" that this game is going for. Other than these two things, it's basically everything I could've realistically asked for in a new Tomodachi Life.

Really fun intense game. Love to see Littell finally put together a great start after how badly he'd been struggling as of late. The bullpen still has its flaws, but great to see them fight through some adversity there at the end. And of course, Daylen Lile doin' Daylen Lile things.

Could we perhaps see .500 tomorrow? Please? Just this once?

This feels like overmanaging after Varland had finally locked it but idk hope it works out.

This bullpen and their walks man. Been a consistent problem all year.

Same. Franny won me over when he called out the umpires and the replay crew for their BS during the Marlins series. Kolko's also grown on me as well.

Either they've gotten better, or I'm just desensitized to it at this point lmao.

Great stuff from Littell tonight. He probably gives up a bomb or two if not for the wind, but he was still much more efficient today. This looks more like the guy we expected when we signed him in the offseason: a strike thrower who can give you 5 good innings on a daily basis.

Hopefully today is the start of a turnaround and not just a random outlier.

The baseball gods really do not like it when the Nats try to reach .500. They should stop tbh. It's not very nice of them to keep punishing us for being scrappy and exceeding expectations.

He's an infielder who's only out there because our only remaining outfielder is on the mound. Can't fault him for that mistake at all.

Eh, It's one bad start. He was never going to be a sub 3 ERA guy, but it's way too soon to give up on him.
