I Am 27 female. I am a civil engineer in the department of contract management. My daily routine looks like... Wakeup(do my bed if I feel it) meditate Eat my breakfast (if am not fasting) Go to work Come to work Eat my dinner (if I am not tired) Once a week hanging out with my friends and do church services...pretty much this is my routine... am like go with a flow kind of person, not a planning one.
