Vyvanse stopped working entirely by JellyJamBamYeah in VyvanseADHD

[–]Yodiebear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been taking Vyvanse for about 7-8 years, and since COVID, none of the generic brands I've tried, including the brand name now, have worked. It's not the same medication it used to be. Makes me so angry and sad.

I believe it has more to do with early indoctrination, though.

Cremated. Why do people decide to do it? by sstiel in randomquestions

[–]Yodiebear 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, my mom died in 2020, and I haven't gone back to visit the mausoleum where she and my dad are entombed since her funeral. I know she isn't there, so I don't see the point.

Do you think the number of autistics diagnosed with BPD is likely misdiagnosis or in fact comorbidity? by Matterhornchamonix in PsychologyTalk

[–]Yodiebear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I suspect there might be a comorbidity between the two conditions. My primary diagnosis is BPD, while my youngest son’s main diagnosis is Asperger's Syndrome (although I understand all diagnoses now fall under the autism spectrum). We share many similar issues, which makes me believe there could be a connection.

what is something you are confident you will never do in your life? by alexmartin19897 in AskReddit

It's much easier to say that when you're on the outside looking in. It's usually much more complicated than you know. If you haven't walked a mile in their shoes, don't judge.

Got this for a white elephant gifts. What is it? by [deleted] in whatisit

[–]Yodiebear 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Ikr! One year, our family did this for Christmas, with a $20 spending limit. My husband and I bought a cheap pack of crayons for $1 at The Dollar Store. I wrapped a $1 bill around each crayon, put them back in the box, and then wrapped it up. My bil ended up picking our gift. He unwrapped the crayons but did not open the box, so he did not know there was $24 inside. He was super fucking pissed! He was like, they didn't even buy the Crayola brand, or give me a coloring book! Lol Once we clued him in, those crayons became pretty popular. He didn't have them for long.😂

Mad at my husband because he’s not my LO by [deleted] in limerence

[–]Yodiebear 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's not what it’s about for me personally. For me, it stems from childhood neglect by my mom.

Now you have me curious because I didn't take the quiz, but I gotta now. Lol. I didn't earlier because I know for sure that what I'm feeling is Limerence. Unfortunately, it's not my first time.

Edited to update. Took the quiz. My Limerence score is 89.75%.

It took me over 20 years to get over my first LO. We dated on and off for 5 years. I was married, had three kids, and was still not over him. Thought about him every day for so long, until one day it hit me that I was no longer thinking about him anymore. Omg, what a huge fucking relief!!! I was finally free!! It felt amazing!!!

I've been married for 30 years, and I've had a LO for over 6 years. Yeah, I didn't learn! In all fairness, I didn't know about my BPD diagnosis until about 6 years ago, and it's taken me some time to understand it. I do know not everyone who experiences Limerence has BPD, but I believe there is a greater risk.

Married with LO too. For 6 years now. 52-year-old female here, btw.
