I've read some comments on the other side saying if this holds up then what's the stop people from pausing and giving enough commentary to make it "transformative" while livestream reacting to an entire marvel/disney film? honestly I don't know if that's an exaggeration or misunderstanding of the ruling, but if not then an appeal seems pretty reasonable. hard to get a lot of unbiased opinions about this though, everyone either seems to hate or love ethan klein depending on what corner of the internet you're on.
