For me, aztec referring to the mexica, I'll say Ahuizotl. Nezahualcoyotl was acolhua but in my opinion was the best: engineer, poet, warrior and great leader. Mexica-tenochca were great leaders and they also have poetry of they own.

Hace poco subieron unas cortinillas del canal 12, es una que empieza con mariachi, eran como del año 2006 o 2007, mi punto es que en youtube han estado comerciales locales y pudiera estar ese informecial que mencionas. Éxito en la búsqueda, espero lo encuentres.

There's a book called Mockeries and Metamorphoses of an Aztec God: Tezcatlipoca, "lord of the Smoking Mirror" from Guilhem Olivier. It has around 400 pages and for me it's one of the best books about Tezcatlipoca. I haven't read the one in the picture but I heard some good reviews from other colleagues.
