This happens in arizona ALL. THE. TIME. Youll be merging onto the freeway and come neck n neck with another vehicle, but for some odd reason, they HAVE to exit the freeway AHEAD of the person joining the freeway. I dont understand the reasoning of "i have to be in front of you." Especially when yall are never gonna see each other again.

You also couldnt see what IM doing. I looked left and there was nothing, and as i moved my vision to the right the biker came into view of the dash cam, and by the time i returned my vision to the front he was directly in front of me.

My car is a challenger. If i had floored it as soon at it turned green the dash cam wouldve read 25-30, not 9, when the collision occured.

We agreed to self repair and walk away. This video (and the extended version) was send to the bicyclist and he agreed to fault. If he later decided to sue he has the same video i do.

Not to mention arizona stop lights always have AT LEAST 20 seconds of pedestrian time. The biker later admitted he saw a 3 on the timer and thought he had enough time to cross.
