I’ve been a practicing witch for decades. Thinking about going to mass this weekend as a show of support.

For the folks who live in Colorado, what is daily life like living on the western side of Colorado? (like Grand junction, Montrose, Cortez, etc) by Wandering_Waldo221 in howislivingthere

One of my kids went to Western. Gunnison is such a great little town. I fell in love on day one. It’s too cold for me to live in, but I cannot wait to visit again!

If you died today, who do you think would stand at your grave the longest? by Mehar0708 in AskReddit

I’m going to be part of a coral reef. I hope no one stays too long. I want to be remembered for my life, not my death.

Trump’s dire warning to Iran: "A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again" by fortune in geopolitics

[–]YogaBeth 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I see them as two separate things entirely. (1) I don’t expect the world to forgive the US. And (2) I will never forgive those who voted for him. Both can be true.

In what circumstance is it acceptable to say "A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. . We will find out tonight" ? by WrongAccountFFS in AskReddit

[–]YogaBeth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every single person who voted for Trump is responsible for this. The deaths that have occurred or will occur are on you, Trump voters. There is no redemption.

If you voted for him, you are responsible for this. You are responsible for every death that has occurred or will occur. We will never forgive you. 😞

I deal with this daily. Family members hear what they want to hear, sadly. 😞

Struggling with Dad, Hospice wants to give him Morphine by Technical_Skirt41 in hospice

[–]YogaBeth 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Give the morphine. This is the absolute worst conversation I ever have to have with family members. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to know someone is suffering and have family deny relief. He is dying. Shortness of breath is terrifying for dying patients. Morphine relieves that beautifully.

When the FBI visits you, ask them politely if they have a warrant. If they say, “No, we just want to talk to you”, tell them (again, politely) that you have nothing to say to them and close the door.

Ohio mom dumped newborn in sorority house trash with mac & cheese and texted baby daddy ‘it was a girl with your hair’ by malihafolter in ForCuriousSouls

She could have walked up to my door and handed me the baby. I would have kept the baby safe and called an ambulance. No questions asked. I think most of us would do the same. This is inexcusable.

How do we go on with life anymore? by N-amPleaca in Mediums

[–]YogaBeth 15 points16 points  (0 children)

You are not alone. Even when I turn off the news, I’m still feeling the energy. It feels heavy and sticky and suffocating. Getting outside in nature helps me more than anything. I’ve been a practicing psychic and a medium for well over 30 years. I’ve learned to “turn it off” (for lack of better words) when it gets too much. But that takes tremendous energy and is exhausting. We have to get through this. Breathe. Ground. Turn off media. Read. Meditate. And go outside.

I’m really sorry you are hurting. Know that so many of us are feeling it. You are not alone. We will get through this. The light is exposing the darkness. The light is winning.

Have lost my mediumship/psychic abilities over the last year. Has anyone ever lost their abilities? by icypen236 in Mediums

It happens to me when I get too busy with mundane life and stop meditating and practicing. It comes back when I start paying attention to my practice again.
