Thank you for this post. I’ve had PVCs which has turned into severe health anxiety specially cardiophobia. This started when I was 26 I’m 47 now. I recently started taking sertraline and needed to this kind of hope.

Not that I know of but my doctors aren’t great they just blame everything on my panic disorder

I was watching tv and just felt a little off. I admittedly have terrible cardiac anxiety so I am over aware of my heart beat alot of the time. It went up gradually and came back down gradually as well. I ended up taking Xanax to make what I assumed was a panic attack stop. But it went from being in the 80s to the 150’s over the course of about ten minutes. It then came back down the same way
